1. Liaise with Union Church to arrange hall bookings and payment.
2. Contact volunteers a week before each meeting to ensure they will be available to cover the following:
◦ Audio visual equipment
◦ Checking member’s name against list of members
◦ Check that chair or vice chair is available for the intro and notices (else find alternative).
◦ Meet and greet
◦ Membership enquiries
◦ First aid
3. Be available at monthly meetings.
4. Update list of Contacts, which will be passed on to you.
