An explosion of cuisines, foods and flavours over the last 30-odd years has transformed the food we eat in restaurants and in our kitchens. We still cook our grandmothers’ recipes, but we also embrace the diverse food available in Britain today
❑ The Group celebrates and explores foods from across the globe, shares loved recipes, visits specialist food shops and restaurants, reviews cookery books, celebrates different cultures’ food festivals, showcases favourite ingredients, brings food to share or to cook and embraces seasonality, explores plant-based foods and the health benefits of foods, share tips and short cuts

❑ Monthly themes will be chosen by group members
