| ❑ Complete the booking form below the walk description of an upcoming walk on the advertised date and time ❑ Places are randomly allocated via a computer-generated program. This works best if members are available for both dates ❑ Enter a specific date only when you really cannot make the other date. If you do so, there is no guarantee that you will be offered a place on that date ❑ On receipt of your booking request the Group Convener will contact you to confirm whether there is a place available for you ❑ It may take up to a week before you receive confirmation or otherwise of your booking request ❑ Bookings made before the advertised date & time will not be accepted Risk assessment ❑ Successful applicants will be emailed an approved risk assessment and a personal safety checklist by the Group Convener. This may include a requirement to wear a face covering when travelling to and from the walk on any type of public transport |
