| We share knowledge and opinions with the aim of knowing and understanding more about what’s happening in the world. Each member brings an interesting topic that’s in the news for the group to explore through a general discussion. We are not topic experts but learn from each other. Every so often a member researches a significant topic and circulates a brief background paper as a basis for a longer discussion. Examples have included drugs policy, inheritance tax, universal basic income and migration/refugees.
