Crime fiction is a wonderfully rich genre, which we can explore to our hearts’ content. It goes back at least to Stories of a Bow Street Officer in 1827, through Wilkie Collins, Conan Doyle and Agatha Christie to the wealth of the modern day, with translations of exciting books from across the world and links into film noir.
