Discover and develop your creativity through this group. We will start with drawing using various media and move on to making images with collage, mixed media and colour in different forms – pencils, pastels, paint, acrylic etc. Initially we will work with what you have so that you can start with the class before spending on supplies.
We will work at first from a still life, learning to observe and interpret. Guidance will be given with drawing skills, ways to use inaccuracies and loosen up.
This group is for those with some creative experience and beginners with a sense of adventure.
There will be six weekly sessions for a maximum of 12 members. Committing to the whole 6 weeks will make your development stronger and the group more cohesive.
Costs, art supplies will be your responsibility and there will be small costs for coffee etc. and possible photocopies and printing.
