What does art mean to you?
We all have different ideas about art and we do not need to be experts to enjoy it. The Group will share experiences and thoughts and become more confident about understanding our responses about what will hopefully be a hugely diverse and broad cultural mix of work.
Come with an image that means something to you, good or bad, and the willingness to share in a few words the reasons for your choice.
We may have, if we wish, an artist who will meet with us, or take us round a gallery, twice a year and introduce themes – colour, the Renaissance, an artist – and suggest how we might investigate them further.
Group Conveners: Mary Campbell and Jenny Pitkin
The Group meets in Rathcoole Gardens, N8 on the fourth Monday of every month, 2 – 3.30 p.m. No more than 10 group members per meeting
