Our next Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 15 April 2021 via Zoom
It has been over 3 years since the Inaugural Day of the Crouch End & District u3a (CEDu3a) was held and, in that time, it has achieved remarkable success. Despite severe restrictions during the coronavirus pandemic of 2020, we were proud to continue delivering a successful organisation. The Executive Committee and CEDu3a Officers strove to minimise disruption to activities wherever possible, with many interest groups able to continue via various forms of online communication. A series of highly successful online talks were initiated, taking the place of the paused monthly meetings.
As a registered charity, the CEDu3a is holding its third Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 15 April 2021. The meeting is to be held online via Zoom, as it was so successful in July 2020. Included on the agenda at the AGM will be the opportunity for members to elect up to two new Trustees.
Any currently paid-up CEDu3a members may stand for election, following proposal by another member. All proposals must be seconded by another member. Neither proposer nor seconder may be current Officer or non-Officer Trustee members of the CEDu3a Executive Committee.

All nominations must be submitted to the CEDu3a Secretary (email: email@example.com) to arrive by noon on Friday 5 February 2021.
